“Camelina Oil: contributes to maintain regular blood cholesterol level”.
This declaration is gathered in the Regulation (EC) No 432/2012.
Camelina oil is a source of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), for this reason it helps keeping low hematic level of cholesterol.
The healthy effect is achieved with a ALA daily consumption of 2g.


CE regulation No 432/2012 approved by European Commission on may the 16th establishes a list of permitted health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children’s development and health.
