Camelina oil is extracted from the seeds and has some unique characteristics:

  • Rich in Omega 3,6 and 9 polyunsaturated fatty acids
  • Excellent Omega-3 and Omega-6 ratio (2:1)
  • Naturally rich in Vitamin E (or tocopherol): a great source of antioxidants
  • Stability: It does not oxidize and lasts long for Vitamin E

From oli extraction is also obtained Camelina Expeller: a by-product rich in proteins and oil ideal for animal feed.
